Dr. Kayser and his team are amazing! They are so friendly and welcoming, and they made this such a great experience for me. Everyone in his office is so sweet and caring. Dr. Kayser is very professional and has a wonderful personality. I would recommend all my friends and family to him in a heart beat. I cannot say enough just how happy I am that I choice Dr. Kayser. I would give him 100 stars if I could! My results are amazing and I couldn't be happier.
I am a double Mastectomy patient, Dr. Kayser exceeded my expectations with his expertise and his kindness! I had reconstruction surgery and am so very pleased with the outcome! My breasts look familiar to me and at the same time are better than ever! The staff is exceptional as well!! I highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you Dr. Kayser
After being diagnosed with breast cancer, my surgeon recommended consulting with Dr. Kayser before my lumpectomy. He and his staff were professional, informative, warm, friendly and calmed our anxieties! He was with me through a mastopexy, double mastectomy, expanders and final implants and always took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He is a perfectionist and truly a dedicated doctor that I would highly recommend!!!
Dr. Kayser is a great plastic surgeon! He keeps up to date on the latest techniques. He is a great listener and is very sensitive. I had a double mastectomy six years ago with another surgeon. My breasts looked great for the first few years, but needed reconstruction one year ago. I was referred to Dr. Kayser because he does fat transfer. I had flat areas and side creases that needed attention. It is amazing how breasts look natural again.
Dr kayser was my 2nd consultation about getting my baggage from under my eyes removed. Dr. Kayser was friendly and he me made me feel comfortable was very thorough explaining the procedure. I knew right away I would have him do the surgery. I was and still am very happy with my results. The staff is very friendly. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. The office is very clean and has a warm feeling. It doesn't have that typical Dr's office feeling. Even though i had my surgery several years ago I still go to the office for facial and other procedures. Dr. Kayser and his staff are the best!
Kayser First and foremost, I would like to state that my review is 100% genuine. There are a lot of bogus reviews on the internet these days and unfortunately those individuals who take the time to release fake reviews skew the public perceptions leading into making bad decisions in making the right choice in physicians. With that said, my brief story is this: In 2005 at the age of 32 I made the choice to have breast augmentation. I received saline implants and at that time I was really pleased with the results. However, after 4/5 years my breasts began to sag and support bras were a constant need. In 2015, I started to contemplate the idea of a breast implant removal. However, finding an explant only surgeon in southeast Michigan was extremely difficult so I shelved the idea. At that time my breast sag was severe, my neck pain was constant, and the older I got I just felt they were too big and heavy. In April 2017, my right implant ruptured. This was both scary for me and a nuisance because it thrust me into needing something done regardless of my hesitations. I went back to the original surgeon, who told me my sagging breasts were so severe that I would require a lift with implants in order to have any fullness left. I was told if I explanted only I would sustain a “chest similar to that of a mans” and that I “ would not be happy with the end result.” I firmly stated I do not want implants again, he stated he would perform the surgery, but “I would most likely be back in 6 months for implants.” I left his practice feeling frustrated and worried I would never find the plastic surgeon to suit my needs. I decided to extensively research as many sites as possible and also check into legit accreditation and board certifications. I met with a couple other surgeons in Oakland and Macomb counties in which both wanted to explant and implant. Until I finally found Image By Design and met Dr. Melek Kayser. First, I want to say Dr. Kayser’s bedside manner is top notch. He took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, answered all of my questions, and fully understood what I was seeking and why. His staff made me feel extremely comfortable and were also understanding to my situation. I never once felt like I was an odd duck for not wanting breast implants placed back in. I scheduled my surgery for an explant and breast lift (lollipop lift) in mid-May, and I am at present in my 8th week of post-op. Secondly, Dr. Kayser is a perfectionist and I can say first hand, he did a fabulous job! My breasts have shaped again. He was able to reconstruct both breasts so there is zero sagging and also fullness. Additionally, there is very little scarring around the areola and the other scarring is already beginning to fade. I have seen many women on surgery websites seeking explant, but struggling with the same fears as I had. Finding a surgeon is a difficult task, but I can attest that Dr. Kayser will meet your needs. He is not only kind, he is also passionate about his work and ensuring his patients are satisfied with their results!
I absolutely love Dr. Kaiser and his staff. From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you feel at home. The Office is very cozy and decorated beautifully. The staff always asked if you need anything and puts you in a relaxed mood. Dr. Kaiser is always on time, and very efficient in explaining what he is doing when he is doing it. he makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone but him. I also plan on going to him for my rhinoplasty in the future. Until the nose, I will continue to go there for maintenance on Botox and fillers. I have also had Facial peels done by Alycia, which are a dream. Thank you Dr. Kaiser and staff, see u in a couple of months. :)
I knew from the moment I met Dr. Kayser that he would be the Dr. that I would trust for the Breast Lift I had wanted to do for several years. He is progressive in his field as not many Doctor's perform the Spair Method that is an less scaring procedure. He took the time with me and was very patient with my several following phone calls for additional questions. His office manager Denise and staff make everyone feel like they are in the most warm, caring and office. The results are fabulous and I only wish I had met Dr. Kayser sooner!
Dr. Kayser from the first time I met him made me feel very comfortable in the decision of getting breast augmentation. From initial consultation to the follow up appointments after surgery, Dr.Kayser made sure to provide information, answer questions, give impeccable care and complete thorough exams. Highly recommend him and his staff, they are top notch!
The outcome of fat graphting first, then implants (after radiation) was perfect!! It was several procedures of over 8-10 months, but the results were fabulous and there was never a delay, as soon as I healed, Dr. Kayser was ready to move forward in reconstruction. He did an exceptional job and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!
Thank you for your question. You are actually a good candidate for fat transfer to the buttocks. It is however, important to understand that it's not so much about volume but contouring. This means that not only are you adding fat to the buttocks area but you're also reducing fat to the surrounding areas both of which add to your final outcome. It is possible and expected that with liposuction alone, you would see a nice Improvement, and indeed, prior to fat transfer, this was the standard approach to achieving and improved Contour in that area. The fact that you can now take that fat and place it in the buttocks area only further enhances the curviness of your shape. 400 CC's seems like it would be a reasonable goal but that would also depend on how much fat is available and the area to which the fat is being transferred. You must be careful to not overgraft fat otherwise you can end up with complications such as palpable and visible irregularities and other problems. Overgrafting is a No-No. This is analogous to a farmer planting seeds in a garden where the distribution of seads in the soil should be even. If all the seads are placed in a single hole, they will not survive. With that being said it is also important to remember that you will lose fat but that the loss of fat should be consistent leaving no irregularities. Needless to say, fat transfer adds additional time to the surgery which would also increase your cost. If you are considering fat transfer, do not waste the fat that you have now because if it is removed, it will be gone forever with liposuction alone. I hope this helps and have a wonderful day. Thank you for your question. Based on your photographs you would do well with breast augmentation. Cup sizes arbitrary of course based on the fact that no single bra manufacturer seems to be consistent with the other so it is more important that you have a result that is proportional to your body and not so much specifically related to a cup size number. It would be important that you seek out a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon we are by measurements photographs sizers in 3D animation could be all used to help you make a decision volume that you would be happy with. It is also important to understand that your breast position, referred to as your footprint, on your chest is low which will necessarily result in a final outcome with a lower set breasts. Finally saline and silicone gel implants are both safe and the details can be further discussed with your plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and have a wonderful day. Dr. Kayser - Detroit
Thank you for your question. The Brazilian butt lift is a process of transferring fat from one part of the body to the other. It is not necessarily so much about size as much as it is about shape. This of course, varies from patient to patient. In your case, removing fat from the hip, back and thigh areas and relocating fat to the areas of the Buttocks, would certainly change shape not only by adding volume to the depressed area but by also removing volume from the adjacent area. Also keep in mind that just because someone can inject fat doesn't mean that they should as overgrafting can compromise your result resulting in deformities such as lumps and visible and palpable. Also keep in mind that this procedure does have risks including death and that it is advised that you seek out a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in these matters. I hope this helps and have a wonderful day. Dr. Kayser - Detroit
Thank you for your question. I can certainly understand your frustration but don't lose hope as there is attractive figure underneath the skin. Two issues are present. The first regarding excess skin which can be improved with excisional procedures such as an abdominoplasty and the other involving excess fat which can be improved either through liposuction or a combination of liposuction with fat transfer. Combination procedures could certainly enhance your curvy shape. The excess back skin rolls may not be addressed solely with liposuction and could require excisional procedures which, however, would leave a scar in the back and perhaps not be your first choice. In any case, I would recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and have a wonderful day. Dr. Kayser - Detroit
Thank you for your question. You have a possible small degree of a constriction or shortening of the breast but this is very minor and would likely not significantly impact your surgery depending on what you choose to do. The bigger issue is the position of your nipple with the left side being lower that would show a difference if breast augmentation without correction of the left breast were to occur. Another option would be simply to perform a small breast lift with or without an implant or even the use of fat transfer to further improve your cup symmetry. There are obviously different dynamics that are going on here so I would certainly consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in these matters. I hope this helps and have a wonderful day. Dr. Kayser - Detroit
