1 week post op Bellafill, there is a small bump. Any suggestions? (photos)

This is one of the reasons not to inject Bellafill in the lips. With all the movement that occurs in the lips, nodularity can occur. You can try to massage this area. It is possible it can settle down. Otherwise, surgical excision will be need to remove this nodule.

I usually use hyaluronic acid fillers in the lips.  Lumps in the lips should be brought to the attention of your injector. Best of luck.

Why Bellafill in lips? Not really an indication... Best to return to see the injecting doctor............

photo. If this was not there for the
first couple of days, then what you have is likely swelling or a collection of
blood. Bellafill does not migrate
although it can be molded in the first couple of hours after injection. This should settle over the next week or
so. If it does not settle or go away
then you should return to your provider.
