1 week post op Bellafill, there is a small bump. Any suggestions? (photos)

Everything looks great EXCEPT small bump on upper left side of lip. Is this just inflammation? I've been massaging it a lot. I don't think it developed until Saturday when I was massaging the area. Help. Everything else looks perfect. What could this be and will it subside?

We typically do not recommend Bellafill for use under the eyes, due to the sensitive nature of this area and the long-term results of Bellafill. A better option could be a hyaluronic acid gel filler such as Restylane, which has temporary results and can be fairly easily removed if the patient...
