As per your pictures it seems you would benefit from fat injections into nasolabial folds which are permanent and fill the lack of volume in those areas. Since you are young a surgical procedure is not the most recommended but even after fat injections you are not happy with the results you can look into midface lift targeting your mid section. Furthermore, I would advise you to carefully research for an expert surgeon who uses endoscopy scarless facelift which is will ensure no longterm scarring and a natural look.

However, you are right in considering a buccal lipectomy (buccal fat removal) to address your aesthetic concerns.

You are way too young for a facelift. Less is more for someone of your age. I think non-invasive skin tightening with ultrasound (like ultherapy) and buccal fat removal is a good compromise to reduce the heavy-appearance of your cheeks without ruining things for the future.

Hi, your nasolabial folds and marionette lines are visible, but not too visible. I would recommend buccal fat removal and a thread lift. Thread lift can be done with sutures (midface suspension lift) or with barbed sutures. I believe these two procedures will give you the result you want. Hope this was helpful.

Hi there! A facelift at 19 years old would be too young in my opinion. Depending on the type of facelift, the results can maximally last 15 years. In your case, that would mean more revisions in the future to continue with results. I would recommend doing things that are the least invasive as possible at your age. Buccal fat removal is an option to slim the medial cheeks, though the results are often subtle. Threading can work, but there are risks such as dimpling and the results often only last 12-15 months. Don’t even think of having a facelift. You have a hereditary condition. Get advice from a facial plastic surgeon and consider having the “valleys” filled with an injectable material, that does not require surgery.
