Thankyou for providing pictures for reference. As per your pictures you seem to be experiencing face laxity, meaning your skin is losing its firmness and tightness which could be due to many factors like weight loss stress etc. In such a case a full-face lift is most beneficial for a permanent solution it would target neck, midface and temporal area covering the sagging jowls. I would suggest to look into expert surgeons who deals in scarless endoscopic vertical facelift which would give you a natural look after full recovery. Moreover, scarless would mean that the lift incisions will be hidden in you hairline and after full recovery will be invisible to see. I recommend vertical facefiit so that you dont get a pulled or artificial look. Furthermore, fat injections is also a technique I would suggest for the areas around your mouth for any deep wrinkles or smile lines, it would greatly fill in the lack of volume.

You may consider a buccal lipectomy (buccal fat removal) to reduce excess fullness in the face and contour the area below the cheekbones and along the jawline. I’m not surprised the non invasive methods did nothing. Don’t get a facelift at your age, although you will have no problem finding a surgeon willing to do it

From your photos and descriptions excess fat in the cheeks and in the submental neck region are the major issue. You don’t have significant skin laxity. I Woukd probably suggest laser assisted submental liposuction in the neck and jawline region and buccal fat removal. A form of a deep plane approach also allows direct access to the buccal fat and combined with fat removal can be safely done with a completely natural result by a surgeon with experience with that technique but your laxity is not enough from the photos to justify at your age.

I would not advise a facelift at age 30. I think you are far too young for that. Instead I would suggest some submental liposuction including sculpting of the jaw region with some non-invasive RF Skin tightening after. A surgeon suggesting a facelift is not acting in your best interest, in my opinion.

Yes, you would benefit from a properly performed facelift. Possibly a deep plane Necklift based on the oblique photograph. The endpoint is of course different from a face/Necklift performed for rejuvenation in older patients. In your case, its for “beautification” or to improve certain areas aesthetically. In your case very little skin may require removal and instead manipulation of the deeper tissues will provide the slimming effect and contouring affect your desire.
