What can be done to widen nostrils other than adding a composite graft to the rims of nostril?

What can give the appearance of wider nostril wings? Can spreader add more flare to nostrils? Is there a stitch that can do it? Alar contour grafts? Alar batten grafts? Would like to hear about all options. Thanks!

If you have alar retraction after previous rhinoplasty surgery, and if you are looking for an alternative other than more surgery, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving Permanent nostril lowering. Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand your question might be alar base plasty help you but it is not possible to make proper evaluation without any photo. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Periodic stretching using a balloon catheter can stretch the nostrils over a prolonged period of time. Composite grafts are the most common method used. However the scars are noticeable and this is reserved for only extreme cases where the nostrils become overly narrow from surgery or trauma.
