Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand your question might be alar base plasty help you but it is not possible to make proper evaluation without any photo. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Periodic stretching using a balloon catheter can stretch the nostrils over a prolonged period of time. Composite grafts are the most common method used. However the scars are noticeable and this is reserved for only extreme cases where the nostrils become overly narrow from surgery or trauma.
