2 different profiles. What can be done to improve my nose? (Photo)

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I ca see from your photo you still have dorsal hump and hanging columella. These kind of things can be fix only with revision rhinoplasty. After revision surgery you will have more curved and less nostril showing image. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the front of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
