I'm about to do revision rhinoplasty and Dr in Korea gave me 2 options: my own ribs or donated rib. I have silicone nose over 10 years and it's totaled safe and never been infected but the tip of my nose started to shorter that's why I want to get revising rhinoplasty. Since it donated rib not from our body. Is it safe to apply into my body ? Would it get me bad outcome if the donated rib bad reaction and deformed? What are the reasons the nose tip shortening overtime or deformed? Thank you
