Hi, I had primary rhinoplasty 6 months ago. Could you please give me a opinion on my new nose. It feels tight when yawning. I also have collapsed valve confirmed by ENT and it looks more bulbous than before. I have medium skin.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo your nose looks like crooked to the one side and you have still deviation. It would be better to make a evaluation after 12 months of surgery but in this case your nose will not change much. For get rid of this image and gain more elegant, straight nose I suggest you revision rhinoplasty surgery. Best Regards!

Thank you for providing these photos. The tight feeling is normal as your body has formed scar tissu - this can take 18+ months to normalize. Some of the bulbosity will improve as your swelling resolves. Should you need a revision to help with your valve, I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty.
