I had rhinoplasty to reduce bulbous tip, reduce width and reduce nostrils about a year ago. I had an open rhinoplasty but almost year later my nostrils are uneven. I don’t want to do full revision rhinoplasty seem so extreme. Is there a less invasive procedure that can correct uneven nostrils? I don’t want to do filler.
