Uneven nostrils after rhinoplasty 1 year post-op, is there a less invasive procedure to correct them? (Photos)

If your nostrils were completely even before surgery, then it's possible that the position or lack of cartilage along the sidewall of the nose could be causing the pulling upwards. Unfortunately to correct the right way, the nose should be opened up, and the cartilage reconstructed to its normal position which will have the best chance of pushing the nostril down some. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your nostrils you have a serous asymmetry problem between your nostrils and also your nose looks like crooked to the one side. It might cause some breathing problems. Unfortunately these things are related to your past surgery and they can only fix with a revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Good Morning! Thanks for your question. There are less invasive options. One would be a composite graft from the ear. This helps to push the nostril margin down more. A rim graft could be an option though not likely to be powerful enough. These can be done in clinic with numbing and possible light, oral sedation. Are you comfortable visiting with your primary surgeon? If so, I'd start there to see about options.
