Follow up question - Can I shorten the length of my tip in a revision? (Photos)

Im currently 6 months post op. I hit my nose hard two times after the procedure. And I have seen that the tip of my nose is elongated and more down than it was when I was 4 months post op. Can I make the tip shorter and more elevated in a revision rhinoplasty? Why does my tip elongated so much?

Thank you for providing these photos. You can absolutely make these changes in revision rhino. Doing 3D imaging with your surgeon is a tool that is always incredibly useful so you can get a sense of what each change will do to your nose and overall appearance. I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty.

Unfortunately, the only way to lift a droopy nasal tip appearance is with revision rhinoplasty. It may be best for you to wait a full year after surgery to consider this. Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you have a bump on your dorsum and your nostrils seems collapsed. With revision rhinoplasty surgery you can gain more elegant, normally curved nose. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the front of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
