Follow up question - Can I shorten the length of my tip in a revision? (Photos)

Im currently 6 months post op. I hit my nose hard two times after the procedure. And I have seen that the tip of my nose is elongated and more down than it was when I was 4 months post op. Can I make the tip shorter and more elevated in a revision rhinoplasty? Why does my tip elongated so much?
