Can i get lipo twice a year?

Question

I'm 200 lbs 5'1 I'm not interested in healthy habits or exercising can i just get lipo every six months than maintenance lipo after that.

Liposuction should not be used as a replacement for healthy and active lifestyle. You will probably develop lots of visceral fat if you don't have a healthy lifestyle and liposuction will not help in addressing visceral fat

Liposuction is surgery to remove a localized area of fat and not done as maintenance. Your weight should be controlled by diet and not with liposuction, or you can consider bariatric surgery which will control your weight.

While you may have several liposuctions you change your size and shape, there is an issue with your logic.  After liposuction, the fat cells are permanently removed.  You may re-liposuction an area once or maybe even twice more.  Once the fat cell count reduces, the fat goes elsewhere…most commonly internally (called visceral fat).  
Visceral fat cannot be liposuctioned as it is wrapped around vital internal abdominal organs.  It is only reduced with diet and exercise. 
Once you hit this stage, your belly and sides will be round with no surgical option

Liposuction permanently removes fat cells. This leaves people with a permanent new fat distribution. Continued weight gain will simply be based on the created fat distribution. The same area will not grow new fat cells and cannot be treated with Liposuction again and again with continued improvement.
Liposuction cannot outpace obesity regardless of intent.
There’s no law against being obese and no one forces free people to exercise.
