I've had several consultations for primary rhinoplasty, and the doctor confirmed a deviated septum. My nose is crooked, and I’m unhappy with the bulbous tip that shifts to one side when I smile. Additionally, there's a hump on my nasal bridge. I’m looking for natural results, including straightening my nose by correcting the deviated septum, evening out my nostrils, removing the hump, and reducing the bulbous tip. Will rhinoplasty help me achieve a natural-looking result?
