I think it would be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck with lipo. Examining your picture, you have excess skin and fat of the abdomen. Your belly button has down-turned edges which is indicative of skin elasticity and some excess fat. I believe if you just had liposuction of your abdomen, you would be left with wrinkled skin. Therefore my opinion would be to undergo a tummy tuck with liposuction of your love handles. Good luck.
