How can I correct sad eyes? (Photo)

I feel the expression of my eyes its sad. I look sad and more tired because of it. I would like more like and almond shape or something that would not make me look sad.Could you recomend me the best procedure to fix it if there is one? Thank you and sorry for my english. Hope it makes sence.

You also have a relatively posterior projected orbital rim.  This provides less than ideal support for the lower eyelid.  Simply doing a canthal surgery is not the answer.  I suspect that if the upper eyelid heaviness can be corrected, then the eyebrows will relax.  That is partially going on for the second photograph.  My biggest concern for you is the risk of you stumbling into the wrong office and getting an eyelid surgery that wrecks you.  You are going to really, really do your home work to find the right surgeon.  That is no easy task. You seem very young to be entertaining surgical correction of your eyes.  Your eyes look fine.  I would suggest as the other physicians have, that you smile and be happy with your look.

Do not do surgery for this minor issue. Many actresses have this and are known for beauty. You can try Botox for the Glabella to stop the medial brow depressors. Smiling more is still the best treatment!

These pictures look pretty different but I am assuming they are both of you.  In one they look pretty good.  In the other the corner looks pretty low with the upper eyelid sloping downward which is what gives you the sad look.  When people have a low placed lateral angle, they will have a sleepy or sad look.  There is a way to move the angle up.  It is not a routine or easy surgery so make sure you go to an oculoplastic surgeon who has experience in this sort of repair.

It's impossible to say without being able to perform a physical exam and view the full face. The entire face should always be considered when evaluating any individual area. Keep in mind that facial proportions are of utmost importance in facial plastic surgery. I recommend that you consult with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon, oculoplastic surgeon or general plastic surgeon that has a good amount of experience with blepharoplasty for a more definitive answer.

Everyone has a unique shape to their eyes.  It is not possible to make a consultation based on photographs but it looks like there is a downward slope to the lateral part of your eyelids and probably a little ptosis (drooping) of the upper eyelid .  This very subtle condition can make the eyes look sad (even when you're not).  If it really bothers you there are procedures to slightly raise the lateral corners of the eyes and if necessary the eyelids.  This usually requires surgery but can sometimes be accomplished with botulinum toxin, in expert hands.  It's best if you can have a consultation with an oculo-facial plastic surgeon to review these options.Best of luck!
