How can I correct sad eyes? (Photo)

I feel the expression of my eyes its sad. I look sad and more tired because of it. I would like more like and almond shape or something that would not make me look sad.Could you recomend me the best procedure to fix it if there is one? Thank you and sorry for my english. Hope it makes sence.
