I have done upper bepharoplasty 15 days ago. I had eyeliner permanent make up but the tip was so thick and high and I wanted to fix this, doctor told me he can remove this at same time he remove the fat in my eyes but now I'm scared and frustrated cause the scars on the sides ofmy eyes are thick and bulky and the eyeliner is uneven so doctor told me wait to heal and after wait some time and do a new tattoo to fix the eyeliner. I don't know what to do to fix this problems in my eyes I'm desperate

In retrospect, I probably would have removed the tattoo with a laser.  Darker colors are relatively straightforward to remove.  That said, at this point I would use scar gel (I like Biocorneum, although be careful not to get anything in your eye), and wait.  If more tattoo needs to be removed, try to find a doctor who performs laser tattoo removal.Best of luck!

Generally, laser of the appropriate wavelength, energy and pulse duration is the most appropriate method of addressing unwanted tattoo.  Dermatologists usually have the biggest collection of these types of lasers.  You're skin is unusually inflamed for two weeks out.  From the picture it looks like you still have sutures in your skin.  If this were in fact true, I would recommend having your surgeon remove the sutures immediately.  Time is very helpful for healing eyelids.  Things that early on look like they will never heal can do remarkably well.  I think you are feeling insecure about your surgeon's decision to directly excise the eyelid tattoo.  I think your concern is appropriate and time will tell if this was a good choice or a mistake.

You are very early in the healing period.  With time these scars will start to look much better.  It will be difficult to actually excise the wide eyeliner.  To do this would require an incision below the lid crease, so it would be visible.  You may want to try putting a lighter colored tattoo over the black ink to see if you can lighten the color and mask how thick it is.

Two weeks is very early to judge after blepharoplasty. Most of the time scars will fade quickly on their own, and you can cover them with makeup in the meantime. Scar creams can be used with your surgeon's ok, and you can also ask about scar massage to help flatten the scars and minimize swelling. If a revision is needed to make the liner more even (either more tattoo or more skin removal), it's best to wait at least 3-6 months.

At 15 days postop, you are healing still from your blepharoplasty. You might consider an over the counter scar treatment to help fade the scar. But what you really need is time to let yourself heal.

is too early to judge your scars. Blepharoplasty scars heal quickly but are variable. A good concealer, silicone gel and conveying your concerns to your surgeon for reassurance are your best way forward.
