I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend the most appropriate wound care treatment plan at this time.  Every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients.  Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time.  
The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.

The wound shows characteristics of infection. This should be managed immediately before it worsens. Your surgeon should be informed about this as he has his own protocols in post-op management. Have an appointment as soon as possible for treatment.

The white areas are areas with the overlying skin is tied and there is exposed dermal tissue which is not well vascularized.  Proper wound care which would include debridement and wet-to-dry dressings and close follow-up with your surgeon will be required for  final healing.
