I wore the bandage from the hospital for 2 days. There is a solid ripple under my chin that doesn't look right. I started lymphatic massages 1 week ago and it is starting to break apart into small round lumps. Is this normal and will my chin look smooth after a few months? I had the procedure done in Tijuana and I learned they don't provide the best after care instructions. I wear the chin strap at night. What should I be doing to smooth it out for best results? How long is healing?
