Hi from Istanbul! I believe a combination of a breast lift and tuberous breast correction would be an ideal solution for your concerns, addressing both the shape and position of your breasts. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

This is typically a tuberous breast. Tuberous breast correction surgery is kind of breast lift in your case. Removing more tissue from the bigger one and making them more symmetric is possible during the breast lift surgery. As you already have good volume, its okay not to use implants. An auto-implant technique may be a good choise to expand the lower pole skin during breast lift.

This is a great question and I do see your concerns and what bothers you.
You may be a candidate for a breast lift, with nipple-areola reconstruction. In this procedure, your breasts are lifted, re-suspended internally, and your nipples and areolas will be reduced in size, as well as re-positioned, so that they are proportionate to your breasts.
As always, an in-office consultation is required to really examine your breasts and your own unique anatomy, as well as discuss the procedure and any questions you may have.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift. A breast lift would elevate the breasts to a higher, more youthful position. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire.

From the photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast lift. This will remove excess skin, raise the position of the nipple and reshape the breasts. You have adequate breast tissue and do not need to consider an implant if you do not want one. Another option for you would be a breast lift with autoaugmentation. During this approach your own tissue is used to create more upper pole fullness. This is not a fat transfer. I've included a video on this that I hope you find helpful.
