I am a 30 year old female, 5'1", 155lbs, and I have never liked my breasts. Since they first started growing, I've noticed that my nipples point down, my areolas are large, and there isn't much skin under them. Should I get Tuberous Breast Correction Surgery or a lift or something else? The left is bigger than the right, but I'm currently a 34DDD and do not want any implants.
