Can a Benelli breast lift revision be performed sooner than 6 months post op?

Question

I had Benelli lift but immediately after surgery the stitches tore & the incision lines separated. He use absorbable sutures. When is the earliest I can get a revision? I have read many answers saying it is best to wait 6 months to a year to see the final result as the patient may end up liking the final look, is this the only reason? If my doctor corrects my botched surgery while I am still healing will there be any complications? Is it possible at all to go any earlier than 6 months?

I understand your concern. Sometimes it is possible to get revision surgery earlier. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Unfortunately the benelli lift has its problems.. you may be better off converting the lift to a lollipop type lift instead

You probably were not "botched", but did have issues with would healing.  It is best to let your tissue heal and calm down before doing another revision. This usually takes 6 months. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

There are several reasons why plastic surgeons ask patients to wait six months before doing revision surgery. Sometimes we ask patients to wait even longer. There are several reasons for this. One of them is that we need scar tissue to be fully mature before doing a revision surgery. Scar maturation typically takes six months.
If someone had a delayed healing in the six month, period usually starts when the patient no longer had open wounds.
Benelli mastopexy surgery has a high incidence of complications and undesirable side effects. This is especially true when the procedure is done on individuals who needed a more extensive mastopexy in the first place.
I recommend you follow up with your plastic surgeons and follow their recommendations. If you want a proper second opinion, consultation scheduled those in person consultation with other providers to see what they have to say.
