I had a revision rhinoplasty over 5 years ago. At first it didn’t look too bad, but has gotten worse over the years. It’s become thinner and collapsed looking, especially the tip. Also, there a a couple of large dents and areas of darkness/weird shadow on the tip and along the sides. Overall it look unnatural and probably too small. I could live with some small dents or bumps if it looked natural overall. Not sure what can be done? Could it be made better with just fat injections?
