Since your results were better while your nose was still swollen, You may benefit from adding some volume to your nose to smooth out indentations that have become apparent with healing. And your nose may look less operated by adding volume to your nose. We have no experience with fat grafting, however, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe an excellent permanent alternative. Fat injections don't work very well in the nose. The photos are rather limited, but it appears that you have wide nasal bones and a hanging columella, along with a few irregularities your tip. Those issues can be improved with a closed revision rhinoplasty procedure.
