Could I ask the surgeon to reduce/resize rib graft & put it back on my nose?

Hi I had nose surgery with a rib graft to create a bridge of my nose. I think the graft will make my nose bigger, so I would like to know if I could a ask the surgeon to reduce (or resize) the rib graft and put it back on my nose . Many thanks
