Hi I had nose surgery with a rib graft to create a bridge of my nose. I think the graft will make my nose bigger, so I would like to know if I could a ask the surgeon to reduce (or resize) the rib graft and put it back on my nose . Many thanks

It's not clear from your narrative how far out you are from your revision rhinoplasty. Is persistently horse after your surgery, please consult with a reputable ear nose and throat specialist so you can achieve a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal tip with a hanging columella and nostril asymmetry. since you had previous surgery on your nasal septum, this does complicate your prospective procedure. I say this because we typically use septal cartilage for nasal tip reconstruction....
