Will my damaged vocal cords ever heal from the breathing tube during revision rhinoplasty?

I was under anesthesia for 7 hours for my revision rhino. For 2 weeks after I could barely speak because my throat was so sore. I didn’t think much of it because I’ve had so many complications with my nose and ears from harvest. My throat has been so dry in the back and itchy and my voice has changed. I can’t speak deeper. I thought the dry throat and voice were from my nose but now I’m realizing I have damage from the breathing tube. Will this ever heal? I’m devastated because I have a podcast.
