Typically before surgery the anesthesiologist will talk with you about your surgical history. Let your surgeon and anesthesiologist know about your recent aesthetic injectable and all of the medicine you're one no matter how insignificant it may seem. Ideally you would wait until after the surgery to have your injectables but I don't think it will interfere with your procedure because the substance stays within a localized area.

The only issue I see is the tube in your mouth might "mush" the filler out of place if the tube is in there long.It's probably ok but just let the anesthetist know where you prefer the tube to be.
