Soreness 2 weeks post-op (or 6 weeks post-op) is normal. You need to check in with your plastic surgeon for an exam. But the nerves that provide nipple sensation are generally stretched by breast implants and lead to numbness or soreness or pain. Best of luck!
It is normal to have sore nipples (and breasts) for several WEEKS following breast augmentation surgery, depending on breast shape and implant factors. For some women, they will feel minimal discomfort after surgery only to develop nipple pain when nerves start to "wake up" in the breasts following implant surgery. Many women experience a difference in discomfort between the two breasts, which is also normal. If the past persists more than six weeks, discuss it with your plastic surgeon.
Nipple soreness is not unusual 2 weeks after breast augmentation. I would suggest you follow the advice of your surgeon as to when you should lay on your belly and side and ride a motorcycle.

If the color changes are along your incision, you should see your surgeon for further recommendations. If they are distant from the incision, it shouldn't be anything serious but always best to ask your surgeon for thoughts as to what it could be.
