If the color changes are along your incision, you should see your surgeon for further recommendations.  If they are distant from the incision, it shouldn't be anything serious but always best to ask your surgeon for thoughts as to what it could be.

It looks like hyperpigmentation from bruising, which can happen after any surgery, especially in people with fair skin.  Fortunately, there are management options to improve it--usually through BBL (light) treatments and sometimes use of a topical hydroquinone (skin lightening) cream to lighten the pigment.  See if your surgeon has the ability to help you with this issue!  I am sure they will want to help you :)  Good luck!
