determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Looking at your photos, you have an aesthetically pleasing breast shape with minimal sagging. You should be able to achieve that full, round look with implants alone without needing a lift. Your nipple position looks good and your breast tissue has maintained decent shape despite breastfeeding. A moderate-sized implant should give you the "juicy" fullness you're seeking while maintaining a natural appearance.

Depending on your desired results, larger implants alone either dual plane or above muscles can restore breast fullness. They will look more natural, slightly lower with good results.

If you want very perky, high, round, tight breasts then implants with a lift would be best.

Some patients do not want the additional scars of breast lift and these options need to be confirmed and discussed by exam with a plastic surgeon.

It appears that your nipples are right at the inframammary fold what makes the case for augmentation only. You will need an implant over 300-400 ml to achieve full, mature breasts. A skin tightening and lift with lollipop scar would be a longer lasting and perkier option. Good luck.
