Can grafts be safely removed? If so, how will it impact the nose/face?

csunshine6868
I had septorhinoplasty surgery in 2019, and when I woke up from the surgery, my nose didn't hurt but it felt like someone had taken a hammer to my teeth! Since then, the base of my nose has felt extremely stiff and it's prevented my lip from fully lifting when I smile. As my nose healed, the tip became very lopsided. I've had two minor tip surgeries since then (with different surgeons) and sometimes I wish I had never had surgery to begin with. I want my nose to feel more natural and less stiff at the tip/my smile to return to the way it was - there is also a square, white bump sticking out of the tip. Can the graft(s) in my nose be removed? I really don't want to undergo any more surgeries but really want to remove them. Since so much of my septum was removed during the first surgery - would this be safe? I truthfully don't even know what type of graft I have - my first surgeon was not very transparent and I was much younger. Any advice would be so helpful! Thank you!
