Can grafts be safely removed? If so, how will it impact the nose/face?

Insted of two minor procedures at the tip you'd rather have gotten a comprehensive and full-blown revision rhinoplasty; however, it is never too late, it's high time you prepare mentally for this, it is your only option. Random or whimsical removal of this or that grafting based in your personal technical belief is an understandable consequence of your desperation and lack of proper medical advice / support / light at the end of the tunnel. Indeed, you have an over projected, over defined and over rotated tip, some call this "tombstone deformity", there has been very poor judgment and intraoperative assessment of those grafts; any technique in rhinoplasty may result in wonderful outcomes or calamitous ones... depending on its design and calibration, don't blame the grafting but to their structural properties "per design" of human factor (aka the surgeon).

I recommend you invest time and effort seeking opinions of really experienced and highly talented revision rhinoplasty surgeons; you need a total disassembly of the nasal sekeleton and a structural redefinition of its internal anatomy from scratch; there is a combination of congenital and iatrogenic issues there, they have to be intraoperatively assessed. Some are visible now, others to be found once it is opened.

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal tip skin, and that is the reason why you are seeing pointy cartilaginous irregularities after surgery, and two additional tip surgeries. And our experience, adding a bit of Silikon-1000 to the nasal tip can soften up these edges and lead to a less operated nasal appearance. You didn't post a non-smiling profile, but from these images, I'll bet that the tip of your nose protrudes farther forward away from your face than might be ideal. The way the tip protrudes abruptly past the line of the bridge of the nose, and the white area of the tip, do indicate a graft that might be too big for your nose.
If I had the chance to *feel* the nose, that's what would probably give the diagnosis, and then the task would be to see what should be done with the graft, but also: see what the nose might look like if *only* those issues were taken care of -- there might be other changes that you might want at the same time. Can't really tell from these photos -- photos that show the entire face are better.
My advice is no more "minor" tip operations. You need a legitimate opening of the nose so a good diagnosis can be made and planned changes so hopefully it's the last operation!
