Would trimming down the columella fix my nose or would it require extensive surgery? (Photo)

I am concerned with the way my nose looks. I had my rhinoplasty surgery a year and a half ago. It seems like I have a hanging collumnella/ strut graft is too long but I’m not sure if that’s the issue. It feels as though the base of my nose isn’t attached to my face so it’s pulling my nose up very far. I’m curious to know what experts think of the way this looks. I already met with the surgeon who did my surgery and he brushed off my concerns. I was wondering if trimming down the collumella would correct this or if it would require extensive surgery- I am happy with the results of the rest of my nose just not the bottom portion. I’m also wondering the cost as most offices I’ve called said all revisions are upwards for 20k. Thank you!
