I received a consultation for double eyelid surgery, but was also recommended epicanthoplasty. I do not want dramatic results and am unsure if I would benefit from it. would it make the downward folds at my inner corners less exaggerated without changing my eye shape dramatically? Attached a photo pulling my skin back just slightly with my finger. Can an epi produce these results? Is it worth it?
