Elba Pacheco, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Pacheco for various "enhancements" for the past 2 years. She an outstanding surgeon and I first went to her for an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I totally trust her artistic sense and expert knowledge for fillers and botox. It is worth the drive from Potomac, MD to Severna Park --which I do about every 6 months. She looks at each person's features carefully and decides how best to "enhance" them for a refreshed but natural look. I am always happy 48 hours later (when the botox fully kicks in and any swelling or bruising has largely resolved). I wouldn't trust anyone else, ever. Her staff is wonderful.

I have always had an amazing experience with Dr. Pacheco and have been going back for seven years now! In the past I have been to several other places for Botox and Filler.....performed by well-known Dermatologists and Facial Plastic surgeons. Dr. Pacheco always does an amazing job.....she is very conservative and talks you through every step of the way. My face has never looked so natural and so much younger! I used to get eyelid drooping with other professionals that did Botox on my forehead and with her I get none. She is up on the latest techniques and I will never go to anyone else for these procedures! She is also the best for eyelid surgery and I plan to go to her when I am ready for this procedure. Several of my friends have gone to her for this procedure and they are thrilled with the results and she did an amazing job! Would never go to anyone else and highly recommend her!

The staff at Adoro are wonderful and the calming environment makes for a relaxing experience. After not being able to find any treatments that helped lessen acne scarring, I came to Adoro to undergo microneedling. I've since come back to repeat the treatment 7 additional times since I continue to see improvement. I'm very satisfied with the results and their pricing is reasonable relative to other places offering the procedure in the area. Adoro has truly changed my life and I am so thankful I found them!

The staff are warm, inviting and friendly. All of the service providers are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. Dr. Pacheco is wonderful and environment is serene. They truly make you feel like family when you walk in the door. Overall a wonderful place to go to help you look and feel your best!

I loved my filler treatment. Also, my Thermage treatment was helpful, recommend. The office people and other staff members are polite and make sure I am comfortable. I will be going there for eye lid surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Pacheco by another Plastic Surgeon for Ptosis surgery and Upper Blepharoplasty. I cannot say enough about her work. I have glaucoma and my specialist said "She's a keeper. Your eye placement is perfect. You can't believe the botched work I see from plastic surgeons." It is imperative to use an Oculoplastic Surgeon for your eyes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Pacheo for her professionalism, gentle demeanor and great work.

Elba is truly a great talented doctor with excellent demeanor understanding her patients needs. She has been our only 'go to' facial specialist for several years and will be for many more. Her staff is very professional and there has always been little to no wait time for our appointments.

Over the span of 3 appointments, Dr. Pacheco was able to subtly take 20 years off of my appearance! I look and feel great! Dr. Pacheco included me in each step of the treatment process and was very respectful of my desire for only subtle changes in appearance

I reluctantly decided to undergo eyelid reconstruction because my field of vision was beginning to be seriously impaired. I cannot begin to explain how great it is to be able to have that peripheral vision back. However, the amazing thing is that I look 15 years younger! What a great job Dr. Pacheko did!

After my last recheck, I decided to allow them to perform Thermage on my face. My face is tighter, smoother and looks wonderful. I will continue to receive Thermage treatments as needed! As a non-invasive procedure, it certainly is the best alternative to surgery. I recommend it for everyone!

My feeling is it doesn't get any better than Dr. P. She's caring, concerned about the well being of me, a person. Dr. P is truly interested what is going on in my life and how my family is doing. She always asks what I want to accomplish at each visit. She is suggestive, honest, creative and a master of the skill of facial rejuvenation. I would recommend her to anyone - friends, family and even strangers (this is true as I had a woman at the nail salon follow me to my next appointment). Never seen a better office staff, they care just as she does. I look forward to my visits. I am been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's since 2007 and will continue to be a patient for many years to come.
