I received Voluma/Volbella (w/ lidocaine) dermal fillers to the nasolabial folds and under the eyes with canula. I have done this treatment before but first time with this doctor. About 48-72 hrs post procedure, I developed a 1 inch small patch of red, slightly itchy and bumpy skin on my cheekbone (adjacent to filler site). After 5 days, the redness and slightly raised skin persist. Is this is an allergic reaction or an infection, and what are recommended at-home or doctor provided treatments?

Bruising and swelling can occur after filler treatment. Avoiding NSAIDs and aspirin for a few days is recommended. Arnica can help to treat bruising and can be purchased over the counter. See your injector for an evaluation to rule out an occlusion.
