2 days post-op I have chin bruising after filler. How can I treat it? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I would ensure with your injector that there is no concern for a vascular occlusion and if determined to only be a bruise I would consider some warm compresses to help speed absorption of the bruise, vitamin K lotion, eating dark leafy green vegetables, arnica Montana supplementation.  It may take 2-3 weeks to resolve but it should restore your previous appearance. Best wishes. 

Thank you for your question.The swelling will take a while to go down if you did develop a hematoma. I would suggest some warm compresses with light massage to help it dissolve faster. Also, you could get Arnica gel OTC to help get rid of the bruising faster.

You can ice the area and take Arnica supplements to help the bruising subside faster. If you are still concerned, schedule a follow-up with your injector to make sure this is just simple bruising and not signs of a vascular occlusion. Thankyou for your question.Bruising is not unusual after filler . I would ice the area over the next few days as this will help.The bruising will disappear over the next week and all will be normal. Hope this reassures you
