Is it possible to make customized medpor cheek implants?

May I ask you why you want Medpore implants? I ask because there are other manufacturers who make very nice malar/cheek implants. The answer to your question is yes you can get customized Medpore implants. They will be appreciably more expensive because of the use of cadcam technology requiring a pre fabrication 3D CT. In my experience placing cheek implants for 30 years well chosen sized stock implants work very well and at whatever size you need. And expense is much less with identical results. Two things are important: surgeon experience and choosing the correct shape and size.

Custom Medpor implants as you have described can be made but their manufacture will be fairly expensive to do so. In addition that is an extremely large implant which almost always turns out to be too big for any patient. How have you come to select this size cheek implant?
