I am a now 30 year old man who decided to try getting cheek implants after being very happy with the effects of fillers. The first time, they were off the shelf and very wide/large. I got these replaced with custom designed implants at huge expense (in January 2018), and the results were even worse: they made my cheeks flat, puffy and again wide. Totally incomparable to the subtle, defined effect of fillers. What questions should I be asking any surgeon I see? What should I be worried about?
