Cheek implants removed leaving major sagging/stiffness/puffiness, any suggestions?

Question

32 year old Asian female had multiple cheek implant surgeries and i deeply regret them. I finally took them out 2019 end of the year. now my cheeks are saggy, also stiff and puffy looking. which I suspect is caused by scar tissue. friends and family say my smile is weird, stiff/frozen and I look plastic, even after removal! Some doctors suggest fat inject another suggested endoscopic cheek lift... please help... I look even worse under the sun.

fillers versus sculptra, morpheus and threads will help. although I dont see as much "sagging" as you notice, I dont feel face or "cheek lifting" surgically is necessary.

at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see linkt) should be started now to prevent further aging.

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Hi JP,

I would treat you with a combination of Sculptra (to build your own collagen volume) and either Ulthera or Profound RF to lift your cheeks and nasolabial folds.  Fat transfer is okay, but unpredictable.  Surgery and lifting may be pre-mature and could lead to unnatural appearance in a young patient.  As with any aesthetic treatment it is essential that you select your treating physician carefully based on their experience, training, skill, knowledge, and most importantly their natural artistic vision.
