About 34 years ago I had size 4mm Terino malar cheek implants (doctor Is excellent; he told me this was a small implant). I am now 60 years old and feeling that I look too ‘cheeky.’ Pls see before and after photos. the lower third of my cheek looks very full. I’ve been told that the implants are well placed but that it is common for the tissue to press down and exacerbate the lower cheek with these types of implants. I do not want a facelift. Will my tissue sag? Should I keep the fullness?

If you to widen the cheek bone back out AND get volume in the under area only a custom only implant can achieve that combined effect in a predictable and symmetric manner.
Anything is possible but it very unlikely that it would happen. Of course, I am not advocating boxing in general for other possible eye trauma related issues.
Thank you for your question.Cheek implant are fairly easy to remove. The fact that you have had 2 sets of implants, does mean when the implants are removed you are going to have some scar tissue in the area. To what extent, you cannot determine until the implants are out and the swelling is down.
