Can my infra orbital malar implant become out of place if I do boxing as a sport?

Anything is possible but it very unlikely that it would happen. Of course, I am not advocating boxing in general for other possible eye trauma related issues.

While anything is theoretically possible, that has not been seen in my extensive infraorbital-malar implant experiences...nor any facial implants for that matter. Between the encapsulating scar tissue and the screws fixation it can never be said that the risk is impossible, just that it appears to be very low.
