Once my chest started developed they always seemed flat and saggy to me. IDK if they are considered tubular breasts from my PCOS. I like that I am small (I like to run and sometimes go braless) therefore I am not sure about implants but I want to be perky and hopefully no scar since I am a WOC.
Answer: Bellesoma Lift The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Am I a candidate for a breast lift at 21? Thanks for your question. You would definitely benefit from a breast lift, which reduces the skin envelope while reshaping the breast tissue into a more youthful and perky shape. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Answer: Am I a candidate for a breast lift at 21? Hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based in your question and the picture you showed You are a great candidate for a breast lift with small implant.. You may want to consider breast augmentation 200cc . but The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.

Answer: Breast Lift The best way to assess what procedure would be best for you and the look that you are trying to achieve would be to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Your age is not a factor that should keep you from getting a breast lift, there may be other factors such as something in your medical history, but not your age. That said, you may be a good candidate for a breast lift or possibly a breast lift with auto-augmentation if you're looking for more upper pole fullness, but this can only be assessed in person by your surgeon. Also, if you are planning to have children in the future, your breasts will very likely change again whether or not you have the surgery before, meaning that if you have the surgery before you may be looking at a possible revision surgery in the future. We often perform breast lift procedures in order to address the changes that have occurred to a woman's body as a result of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
