This procedure will give your breasts a more youthful and perkier appearance, in addition to raising the position of the nipples. Thanks for your question. You would definitely benefit from a breast lift, which reduces the skin envelope while reshaping the breast tissue into a more youthful and perky shape.  You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Hello thank you for your question  and provided information as well..based in your question and the picture you  showed  You are a great candidate for a breast lift with small implant..  You may want to consider breast augmentation 200cc . but  The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.

The best way to assess what procedure would be best for you and the look that you are trying to achieve would be to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Your age is not a factor that should keep you from getting a breast lift, there may be other factors such as something in your medical history, but not your age. That said, you may be a good candidate for a breast lift or possibly a breast lift with auto-augmentation if you're looking for more upper pole fullness, but this can only be assessed in person by your surgeon. Also, if you are planning to have children in the future, your breasts will very likely change again whether or not you have the surgery before, meaning that if you have the surgery before you may be looking at a possible revision surgery in the future. We often perform breast lift procedures in order to address the changes that have occurred to a woman's body as a result of pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The mass of the breasts will change very little with a breast lift as usually only a small amount of skin is removed.  However, the breast density can be altered by the tightening of the skin envelope and make the breast appear somewhat smaller.  This is usually only a significant factor in women with very loose skin and less dense breast tissue.  
Any substantial lift will result in scars.  The surgeon you select should be so skilled at breast surgery and lifts that the smallest scar will be utilized to achieve optimal shape.   I typically start with the smallest incision and custom tailor each breast lift to the shortest scar possible.  As sensation and breast ductal tissue are preserved in most techniques, the ability to breastfeed should remain intact.  Loss or reduction of sensation happens in a few women after any breast surgery.

Thank you for your question.  Your breasts do not have typical tubular features in my opinion.  If you are happy with your breast volume; however are looking for a more perkier look, then a breast lift may improve breast sagging by reshaping the breast.  There are various mastopexy techniques that your plastic surgeon would be able to discuss with you.  With this particular surgery, when the surgeon reshapes the breast, scars are inevitable.  Your plastic surgeon would be able to review the risks and benefits of the various techniques so that you can make an educated decision.  @yorkplasticsurgery

You seem to be a good candidate for breast lift. However, it appears that you already show some stretch-marks (you can never relay entirely on photos) which may be a sign of decreased skin elasticity. If that is the case, patient may experience drooping of the lower pole of the breast (due to gravity) relatively soon after surgery, possibly 6 months to 2 years. In the interest of longevity of result and due to the fact that you are a runner, slight breast reduction may be considered? In person consultation with an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon and discussion about your goals and options is recommended. Good luck.

Hello,It appears for the images that you have a deflated and widened breast and areola. (not tubular breasts)As such you would benefit from a breast lift to improve the shape and proportions of your breasts and nipples. The minimal scar breast lift is a donut lift which will leave scars around the areola, but will not help fully reshape your breasts. A vertical, or lollipop breast lift would offer the best shape, albeit with more scarring.Another option would be to undergo fat transfer to the breasts(or a small implant) with or without a donut lift to enhance the upper pole and improve  the deflated appearance.
