Ins. has approved the blepharoplasty surgery on my upper eyelids for med. necessitydue to peripheral impairment. The dr I received ins approval thru is an Opham. w/Plastic and Recon Surgery exp. One Dr doing both w/save costs (facility, anesth., etc.). But, a.) Can an Opth. Recon Surgeon also do a chin lipo, or b.) can a plastic surg. (that does lipo) also do the eye procedure, and c.) can these be done together safely, and lastly, d) do I have to have the doc ins approved do the eye procedure?
