Is there a plastic surgeon that can do both a blepharoplasty/eyelid surgery & a chin lipo at same time, by the same doctor?

Yes. As long as you are healthy, these procedures can be performed together with either IV sedation of general anesthesia. Facial Plastic Surgeons and many Plastic Surgeons should be skilled in both procedures. However, I would recommend consulting with a few until you find a surgeon experienced in both procedures who can demonstrate very nice and natural appearing results. Oculoplastic fellowships have evolved considerably in the past 15 years.  There are some two year fellowships where the fellows do many more facelifts than even facial plastic surgery fellowships and almost all exceed what plastic surgery residents are exposed to.  Such individuals are more than capable of performing a very safe and excellent neck liposuction.  At the same time the are many oculoplastic surgeons who really do restrict themselves to the eye area.  If your surgeon is in this camp, it is very likely that they will have a plastic surgery or facial plastic surgery colleague who can perform the lower face neck liposuction at the time of the eyelid surgery.  Recognize that you will be responsible for fees associated with that procedure as they are never covered by insurance.

referral), and to eliminate waste (to ensure that these facilities can compete
