I had a tummy tuck 7 years ago. Originally surgeon did not lipo upper abdomen below rib cage. He said it's too fibrous. But now my stomach protrudes noticeably. Is there any procedures for fiberous areas? Coolsculpting, Ultrasound or Sonobello maybe?

I never recommend that my patients gain weight for liposuction. A good, experienced Plastic Surgeon can get great results on a thin patient. It takes precision, care and attention to detail, all of which a good surgeon does anyway.
