Hello! I'm 23, female, black/African American looking into revision rhinoplasty. The doctor used an implant which didn’t give me the results I wanted (at the time I thought it would). My tip is not flexible, it has remained hard 3 years later. (Gotten rhinoplasty Sep. 2020). The only thing that looks right are the sizes of my nostrils. My question(s) are will my nose be flexible, when the implant is taken out and my cartilage is used? When cartilage is added will the tip of the nose be contoured?
