After my initial rhinoplasty, my nose has a slight deviation and the tip isn't aligned. It's obvious and upsetting. Multiple surgeons suggested cartilage grafting, but I'm hesitant. My nose before never perfectly symmetrical, but now it's visibly off-center. osteotomies and tip techniques enough?

Based on your singular photo, I agree that you appear to have a wide nasal appearance. Osteotomies are typically utilized to narrow the upper and middle thirds of somebody's nose. The feasibility of revision rhinoplasty, however, would require an examination. Thank you for your question....
