I received a septorhinoplasty last year. I think the Dr. pulled in my columella to create tension to straighten the tip of my nose. my nostrils you can see them A LOT and before that was not a problem. I didn’t know my nostrils were assymetrical. now that they lifted my tip, every time i took a photo or I look up, you can see them My nose before was a bit wider and straight, but now the nostrils are the problem and probably the tip is too lifted and pointy ?? What do u think

It is very difficult to almost impossible to add the curvature back to the ala. A cartilage graft can be added to get some improvement. It is best to try some saline injection first to see if it improves it and then you could use a filler.
Revision alarplasty is high risk.
