Hi doctors, I had a revision rhinoplasty a year and 2 months ago and my nose is still too prominent with too much supratip fullness. Surgeon says I’m under this impression because my tip is still wide at the sides and requires more work. He says tip and nostril work under local anaesthesia will fix the issue once and for all. My question is is this all that’s required to get me to my desired nose? (Last picture is the nose I want , edited on FaceTune app). Would breathing get worse too?
