I got the latera nasal implants over 2yrs ago, and from day 1 they have always been visible on the sides of my nose (I have thin skin). In the last 6 months, the bumps on the side of my nose have become harder and more visible. In addition, it's hard to wear glasses because it causes pain in that area. I am unsure what to do to get rid of these "growths" now that so much time has passed. Any ideas?

It is very difficult to almost impossible to add the curvature back to the ala. A cartilage graft can be added to get some improvement. It is best to try some saline injection first to see if it improves it and then you could use a filler.
Revision alarplasty is high risk.
