Dissolvable Latera implants after 2.5 years visible on sides of nose, bone like structure. ow to get rid of this? (Photo)

Dazzling730972
I got the latera nasal implants over 2yrs ago, and from day 1 they have always been visible on the sides of my nose (I have thin skin). In the last 6 months, the bumps on the side of my nose have become harder and more visible. In addition, it's hard to wear glasses because it causes pain in that area. I am unsure what to do to get rid of these "growths" now that so much time has passed. Any ideas?
