Would I benefit from a revision rhinoplasty? 3 years post op and still have swelling and scar tissue (photo)

Hi, had a rhinoplasty coming up to 3 years ago now, I still have swelling at times especially in the morning. My nose feels thicker on one side, I think I may have scar tissue which then makes the nose look wonky. Overall I’m not happy how big my nose looks from a front view. Will a revision help.
