Hi, had a rhinoplasty coming up to 3 years ago now, I still have swelling at times especially in the morning. My nose feels thicker on one side, I think I may have scar tissue which then makes the nose look wonky. Overall I’m not happy how big my nose looks from a front view. Will a revision help.

It is very difficult to almost impossible to add the curvature back to the ala. A cartilage graft can be added to get some improvement. It is best to try some saline injection first to see if it improves it and then you could use a filler.
Revision alarplasty is high risk.
