Inverted V deformity and Pollybeak Deformity? (Photo)

Around 23 months ago I had an Open Rhinoseptoplasty procedure costing just under £11,000. Ever since the procedure, my nasal breathing ability has been significantly reduced compared to pre-op levels, and it hurts to touch my nose and surrounding areas. Every time I raise concerns with my surgeon, he either ignores my emails or gives a different explanation as to why it looks and hurts the way it does. Please can you help me identify whether I have an Inverted V and Pollybeak deformity? Thanks
