Your breasts have bottomed out from an inadequate lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Lift. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello, thank you for your question. based on your photos it seems like you may benefit from a breast lift revision. I recommend you to schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Good afternoon! You have bottoming out of your breast lift- where all of the remaining tissue is located in the lower pole of your breasts and is weighing down heavily onto your breast folds. I would recommend the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which will lift this tissue up and take the weight off your skin!
A lift can significantly move the breast upward to give them more upper pole fullness with their own tissue. Sometimes, if there's not much firmness or density to the breast and it is mostly just skin, an implant is a good option. It really depends on your examination.I strongly feel that it's very important to have an honest conversation with your surgeon about your particular situation, lifestyle, work environment and specifically which procedures you're having done so that you both have the most honest answer about your recovery and are realistic with expectations and results.I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of short scar breast reductions/lifts as well as breast implant surgery. Good luck with your future surgery!I hope this helps answer your question. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.
Hi Kash, I think that your mastopexy can be revised to lessen the heaviness on your breasts and also to give you a better look. Please visit several board certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss your concerns. You will probably need o repeat the mastopexies, at the very least.Best Wishes,Dr. Christine Rodgers
Dear Kash1818,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a revision surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Yes, more tissue can be removed and the excess skin can be trimmed with the inferior incision. Stretched out sagging skin does not hold well over time. Having less weight will be helpful.
Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. Implants will not solve the problem and you will need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more me...
Based on the submitted photos and your stated preferences, I would recommend no surgery or other options for the sagging nipples.
Typically be done with breast augmentation so that the tuberous breasts can be corrected. The breast lift/mastopexy addresses the sagginess of the breast by removing excess skin and the breast augmentation will add volume to the breast. Additionally with this type of deformity, usually radial...
Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your breast. There are many ways to achieve an ideal breast. Different techniques achieve different results but most techniques can create an ideal breast. I would go with a technique that makes the most sense to you. Whether its breast au...
Dear Jamama47, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions...
Hi, I think a breast lift is your beast option; it solves your lower nipple/areola position and can reduce the size of your areolas at the same time. We're so much better at how we do surgery then in prior years but unfortunately breast lifts do require trading lower breast position and l...
