My nipples have sagged since nursing my kids. I’m curious what my options are BESIDES implants (it’s a definite no for that). I’m not really super interested in a fat transfer either (not sure I have much fat for that?), do I have any other options? I’m done with being small, I just don’t want saggy nipples... trying to figure out my options before looking it doctors. Thanks!
Answer: Would a breast lift work for very small breasts? (Photo) Based on the submitted photos and your stated preferences, I would recommend no surgery or other options for the sagging nipples.

Answer: Modified Benelli The technique I recommend is a modified Benelli lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Also, the nipple-areola complex is elevated higher and more medial. At the same time, small implants or fat transfers can be placed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Limited options First of all I think your overall breast shape is very good, Especially after nursing children… From your question I couldn’t tell what bothers you most, the bit of wrinkling of your areola or a small cup size. Certainly a small implant would help fill out the areola but it sounds like implants are not for you. I’m not sure a 360° scar around your areola would be better than a little bit of wrinkling you have. I am inclined to say… You are doing great and don’t need anything!!

Answer: Would a breast lift work for very small breasts? There are numerous options: Dooughnut lift with incision just around the areola, vertical lollipop lift or anchor shaped incision lift, Implants and a variation of a lift, fat injections and a variation of a lift. They each produce different degrees of cosmetic improvement. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest your plastic surgeon be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person and be very realistic about your potential cosmetic result. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Breast lift It’s questionable whether a lift would even be worth the scars in your case. Fat transfer is an options but you cannot expect much increase in volume. If you look at cases online you’ll see very modest if any size change.
