I'm 20, no kids. I want for my boobs to look natural and full and nice. Not perfect, just so I'm not feeling shame. But I hate the scars, & am sad to trade saggy boobs for scarred boobs when I'm so young. My PS said he thought I could get the periareolar w/ implants for a good shape and less scars but he wouldn't be sure until the surgery when he tries it, and may need the lollipop. The last pic I raised 2cm & reduced 1cm. I like that, might even want areola a bit bigger. Thoughts?
Answer: Vertical Lift with Implants While in-person examination is necessary to confirm, you would appear to require a vertical/lollipop lift with implants to achieve a nicely shaped and lasting result. I recommend that you consult with multiple ABPS board-certified plastic surgeons in order to ensure that your goals are best met.

Answer: Low lying breasts require lift Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. Implants will not solve the problem and you will need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast implants & lift Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for a breast lift with implants. Based on your photos, I think you would be a better candidate for a vertical or wise pattern type incision but this will depend on the amount of laxity in your tissues. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Answer: More opinions: periareolar lift + implants ok? Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that the scarring is not as important as the shaping of the breast but it really all depends on your goals and expectations. If your priority is to limit scars, then choose an implant that is right for your size goals and just do the peri-areolar lift. As long as you understand that the PA lift is limited in what it can achieve and the nipple position and shape will be improved significantly but maybe not perfectly ideal, then that might be the right solution for you.Above all, make absolutely sure you are seeing a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Answer: Breast lift Dear Jubilant340618, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
